Ingredients

2 chicken breasts
4 slices of bread
4 cups lettuce

Seasoning

2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 cup olive oil

Steps

Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle minced garlic, and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
