Ingredients

6 oz lamb, thinly sliced
1 ripe mango, diced
2 cups mixed greens (lettuce, arugula)
1 cup green beans, blanched
1/2 cup brussel sprouts, thinly sliced

Seasoning

1/4 tsp black pepper

Steps
